Xobni is an Outlook plugin.  Xobni provides several enhancement to Outlook including enhanced searching, threaded conversations and links to social networks.  As a general rule we do not encourage our clients to load extra plugins or add-ons to Outlook, because they often create conflicts and issues, but we have several heavy email reliant clients who are using Xobni, so we decided to give it a try ourselves.
